The space
This ultra clean and modern condo perfect for families with children, has been completely remodeled top to bottom and features high end appliances, finishings, and flooring throughout the site. The living room has a large 50’’ 4K TV with more than 100 movies downloaded over a rustic wood-burning fireplace and comfy sectional sofa that can seat the entire family.

The customized kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tasteful pendant lighting, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your meals with plates, forks, knives, cups and glasses.

The master bedroom offers a Queen bed, a large 50’ 4K TV, and connected bathroom which has been upgraded with granite countertops, new cabinets, modern flooring and toasty radiant heating.

The bunk alcove next to the kitchen features two full size twin beds, each with their own power outlets, storage cubbies, and hangers— perfect for kids or extra guests in your party.

Fast and free WiFi to stream movies or to work remotely.

Two loaded Apple TV+ 4K ready with more than 100 movies downloaded ready including Netflix and Hulu to enjoy on those cold nights with the fireplace on while enjoying 4K content. No cable at the condo, only streaming.

There are 2 types of coffee machines for you and your family to enjoy.

The bathroom includes a radiant floor heater for this winter days. A must try.

For your dining pleasure, Mammoth has a variety of options to choose from. If it's your first time in Mammoth, we recommend trying John's Pizza Works for a hearty meal after a day on the slopes. For a more intimate dinner experience, Toomey's at The Village is a great option. If you're in the mood for Italian, Giovani's offers the best in town. And for a taste of Mexican cuisine and a great wine selection, Side Door is a must-try.

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast from The Breakfast Club or the famous Schat’s Bakery. For a unique experience, head to the Brewery for a pint of the highly recommended Yosemite Ale, said to be the best beer in town. The brewery is also a great option for dinner with the whole family.

The Mammoth Lakes area is also home to a variety of natural wonders, such as the Devil’s Postpile National Monument, Rainbow Falls, Mono Lake, Bodie ghost town, and the eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park (closed during Winter). As an avid backpacker and snowboarder, I have a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Sierras. I am excited to share this magical town with others. I am a section hiker, as well climbing and bagging 14ers. In addition to hiking, snowboarding and riding motorcycles around mountains. I’ll be normally backpacking in the summer, but I’ll answer as fast as I can!
