The property includes 3 rooms equipped with two 90x200 cm beds, which can be used separately or combined into a double bed. Another 2 rooms feature a 140x200 cm bed, ideal for compact and comfortable stays, while one room offers a 90x200 cm bed, perfect for a single guest.
All rooms benefit from the same modern amenities and smart features, ensuring a pleasant and efficient stay.
Guest access
Access to the property is fully automated using the Homematic IP smart system. After completing the reservation and filling in the check-in form, guests receive personalized access instructions.
Access can be made in two ways:
✔ Via the Homematic IP app, which allows doors and the gate to be opened directly from your phone
✔ Via a personalized PIN code, entered on the keypad installed at the entrance
For guests without a car, access is directly from the street through the secured entrance door, using either the app or the received code. Access to the 1st floor and the room is then done in the same way.
For guests arriving by car, the access gate can be opened via the app, and from the parking area there is direct access to the building and rooms.
The system ensures fast, secure, and completely keyless access, available 24/7.
