The space
You will love the easy lifestyle of the Sea Three condo! You can expect a sparkling clean condo, premium furnishings, quality linens and a fully stocked kitchen. The San Carlos complex has many amenities including an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, BBQ, outdoor showers and of course, direct access to the beach.
Living Space: The living space is open concept and features new flooring throughout, a sleeper sofa, flat screen smart TVs, and games for a rainy day. The large sliding glass doors lead out to the fully furnished balcony--where you will fall in love with the sounds of the waves on the beach and the breathtaking views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or settle in with a glass of wine for the painted sky sunsets.
Kitchen: The Sea Three has a well-stocked chef's kitchen that puts everything at your fingertips and all the tools you need to cook a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, dishware and utensils. A Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, blender and slow cooker are also available for your convenience. Our beverage station is the perfect spot to brew your favorite beverage or whip up a batch of margaritas!
Accommodations: The condo can sleep up to eight people. The primary bedroom with Gulf views has a king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The second bedroom with city views has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub with an overhead shower. The third bedroom with Lake Shelby views has a king bed. The hall bath features a tub with overhead shower. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. All bathrooms are stocked with freshly laundered towels and bed linens are provided for all four beds.
Washer and Dryer: The Sea Three has an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Please bring your preferred detergent with you.
Starter Supplies: Included in your rate is a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags and hand soap. Shampoo, shower gel, personal care items and beach towels are not provided.
On-Site Amenity Access: You will enjoy full access to the San Carlos pool, boardwalk, exercise room, BBQ grill/picnic area and outside showers. Public restrooms are located next to the pool and indoor showers are located next to the fitness center. Wristbands are required to access these areas. Wristbands are free of charge and can be picked up at the front desk on the third floor.
Beach: Be sure to bring your own beach chairs, beach towels and toys. There is an open access storage near the pool to store your beach chairs and toys. Please keep in mind this area is not secure. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach! Outdoor showers are available to rinse the sand off your toys, chairs, and feet before returning to the Sea Three.
Parking: You may park up to two cars during your stay in the San Carlos parking lots. The parking pass can be purchased on site at the front desk on the third floor. Parking passes are $50 each and are not included in the rental price. San Carlos does not allow RVs, campers or trailers in the parking lot. Please fill out and display the parking pass in your car at all times to avoid fees and/or towing.

You will have access to the entire condo as well as common area spaces within the San Carlos complex.

Minimum Age Requirements
Guests must be 25 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult guardian or parent at all times on the property.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is limited to eight persons.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. The San Carlos complex is a smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted in any common area of the property including the balconies, pool, garages, boardwalk, elevator and parking lots. The is one designated smoking area north of the BBQ area. Please be respectful and dispose of cigarettes properly. Additional cleaning fees will be incurred if there is a violation of this policy and any and all fees associated with smoke will be billed to the guest.
