Beautiful St. Augustine beach house with fun for the whole family. With a floor plan boasting 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and two family rooms, this beach house is sure to include a space for everyone.

Located on the beach side of A1A, you will be only a quick three minute walk to the beach. Rental includes all beach essentials, making beach days a breeze! If you prefer not to walk, just down the street is Matanzas Beach Ramp with driving access allowed for vehicles with four wheel drive.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, garage and parking. A smart lock access code unique to you will be sent to you prior to check in. Please make yourself at home!

Kids may enjoy the public park directly across the street or the ping pong table in the garage. A fully furnished kitchen along with a gas grill are equipped for all your cooking needs. Meals can be enjoyed in the open concept dining room or backdoor paved patio, complete with an outdoor dining table and adirondack chairs. Fishing on the beach is a short walk away and there are excellent intracoastal fishing spots just a quick drive down the street, as well as a public boat launch.

Fireplace is decorative use only. For safety reasons, the upstairs balcony is off limits.

A short 20 minute drive, the St. Augustine Historic District is home to many cute shops and restaurants, as well as the beautiful Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. Other popular activities include:
