The bedrooms are connected either through the bathroom or via a narrow corridor. Additionally, you have a spacious private sea-view terrace with outdoor shower and separate entrance. When you book you agree to the following:

• We are a homestay, not a hotel
• I’m always willing to help wherever I can, but there is no concierge service
• We are eco-friendly and discourage guests from leaving AC on when not in the room or windows are open
• To promote an eco-friendly lifestyle, we reduced rates by 200B and instead charge utilities separately (there is a meter in your room displaying your consumption at all times)
• For longer stays, weekly cleaning service is compulsory provided at cost
• Not suitable for those with difficulty climbing stairs or toddlers
• Bedrooms are interconnected
• Shared infinity pool is on lower terrace
• There is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery, but no full kitchen

The villa is located at the north-eastern tip of Samui at the end of a private road on a steep slope right next to the sea. Located between 6 Star resorts such as Ritz Carlton and Six Senses, this is very likely the area which offers the best sea views in Samui and is often referred as the Beverly Hills of Samui. There is zero traffic and it is very safe and quiet at night. Five sandy Beaches, including Samui's only Naturalist Beach, are accessible within 5-15min walk/drive. Airport about 10min drive, Chaweng about 12-15min, Big Buddha about 5min.
