Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

A Great Place to Relax and Unwind!

KayRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The unit itself exceeded our expectations. It’s very clean and thoughtfully designed with the highest quality furnishings – from the luxurious full-grain leather sofa to the expansive smart TV. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including ample utensils, woks, and pans, making it perfect for preparing meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our adventures. The addition of a washing machine and dryer was a surprise to us, adding convenience and making our stay even more seamless. The location at By The Sea was ideal, just a short walking distance from the beach, offering breathtaking views. While there weren’t any traditional Malaysian-style coffee shops nearby, this was a minor trade-off for the tranquility and beauty of the area.

Mid Villa #15, 5BR -Ferringhi Beach-Escape Park

Villa 15 is out of the way, far from the airport, that's okay, we rented a car, the airport drove over and didn't block the car for about an hour or so The villa is far from Georgetown, very close to Batu Tingji fireworks show, about 600m. We stayed in the B&B for 3 days. The homestay can not check in at 3pm, luggage can be deposited early. We arrived early on the first day, went to the town of George and had a morning tea, visited the Xiaobian Museum and returned to the homestay at 3pm. A bit well commended👍 From the first day I booked on the platform, the housekeeper, Shi Yun, took the initiative to add my way and shiyun was very responsive.Follow the navigation sent to me by Shi Yun and it is easy to find the accommodation of the B&B.The housekeeper also established a communication group, a small problem during check-in, and shi yun also solved it in a timely manner, like one! The villa is quite large, there is a front and back yard, you can barbecue, there is a parking space, there are many rooms, and there are many beds that can be slept. It is possible to accommodate 14 occupants, 3 families. The villa is perfect if you add an additional washing machine. On the first day, Poetryn took us to the nearest supermarket to buy the items needed. The guest house did not provide a toothbrush, thankfully I had a bring. Shi Yun recommended that we go to a nearby 7km seafood restaurant for dinner, which is suitable for Chinese people. The next day we went to a local market 6km away for breakfast on Monday morning which was abundant.Buy seafood to make it home at the market next to it, no pork on that day. In the afternoon, we went to Pulao to eat durian, we drove a long way up the mountain, and experienced the durian that fell off that day, it was fresh, we had to go up the hill to eat, although it was far away, but it was worth it. Go to the beach to watch fireworks in the evenings, find a location on the beach side for a recent fireworks show at sunset, order a drink and a dinner, the performance until 9pm, is fantastic. Thanks again for your kind🙏 help Shi Yun Recommended for everyone to stay
