The Salt House is a luxurious home that will blow you & your guests away. Located in the heart of the north end of Carolina Beach, this home was designed & built by the owner, a local builder. This home was built with large groups in mind & checks all the boxes. Not a detail was overlooked such as tankless water heaters, soundproofing between floors and so much more. This beautiful oasis boasts 4 suites that can sleep 14, an elevator, private pool and a rooftop deck with 360 degree water views.

The space
Each of the 4 suites has its own bathroom with an additional powder room next to the kitchen and living areas. This home is well-stocked with everything you need to enjoy a dream family vacation, corporate retreat or other special occasion.
Between the private saltwater pool, rooftop deck and gorgeous home, you may not want to leave but if you do, the beach is less than 2 blocks away and the surrounding area offers loads to do for visitors of all ages.

Guest access
We offer this 4 bedroom option during the off season by locking the suites on the first level. The rest of the house is yours to use with the exception of locked owner's closets in each hallway and laundry room.

Other things to note
The property is designed to accommodate retreats for religious organizations, wellness retreats, athletic teams, wedding parties, offsite corporate training, and other groups looking for the ideal space.

The Salt House is available to be used for a day event such as baby showers, bridal showers, or corporate meeting space. Please contact for more information.
