Salt Break, located in Emerald Waters Beachside Condos, is a place you will want to return. We are located away from high rise crowds with only a 4 minute walk to deeded beach access. Deeded beach means only those with a code to the community gate should set up on the designated beach area. Deeded beaches are typically less crowded than public beaches. The condo is fully stocked and updated with a comfy coastal feel.

The space
Salt Break is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of Emerald Waters Beachside Condos

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, access to the balcony, and closet space; ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity along with plenty storage.

The second bedroom has a twin over queen built in bunk with a twin trundle, flatscreen tv, closet space, and ensuite bathroom. Kids are always fans of this room, but it is comfortable for adults too.

The kitchen is equipped with updated full size appliances and most everything you need to prepare meals.

The utility room has a full size washer and dryer.

The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed, love seat, and flat screen tv.

The balcony off the living room over looks the seasonally heated pool and has peek-a-boo views of the beautiful gulf waters.

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella seasonally, March - October, for our guests. They will be set up daily for you on the beach during your stay.

The surrounding area has everything you need for your family beach get away. Near by favorite restaurants : Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Whale's Tail, Surf Hut, Captain Dave's On the Gulf, Bad Ass Coffee, Ice Cream shops, and many more. Alvin's Island is across the street for any beach needs during your stay. Outlet shops and other retail are near by.

Self check in. You will receive a key code to the door within 3 days prior to your arrival.

Other things to note
While pets are precious, Salt Break does not allow pets. It works better for everyone's allergies to remain pet free at the condo. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25. As your host, I am aware my home will play a major role in the success of your vacation. Your stay is my priority and my goal is for you to return.

Neighborhood highlights

Salt Break is located in Emerald Waters Beachside Condos. We are directly across the street from private gated beach access. It takes no more than 4 minutes to get to the beach from the condo. Beach access is easy, convenient, and the beach is beautiful. Sitting on the white sandy beach looking at turquoise water is a pretty great day. The condo is located on the 2nd floor with easy access to the elevator or stairs. While our balcony does not provide an unobstructed view of the ocean, you can see the beautiful turquoise water. The well known Pompano Joe's is a 6 minute walk. Kenny D's and The Whale's Tail are about a 18 minute walk, or a quick drive. There are ice cream shops and a coffee shop all within a 6 minute walk.

When my family travels we typically stay in Airbnbs. I understand what it is like to be a guest and a host. My goal is to provide the same experience I would want when traveling. It is always fun knowing other families get to share in our memories at Salt Break. My advice when you come is to never miss a sunset. There is nothing like them.
