Well-known as a culinary destination, Chef Simon Webster created this haven in 2004. Gourmet breakfast is included with your stay. Dinner in the onsite restaurant can also be added. Flowers, chocolates or other special requests can also be added.

The space
Born in England & raised in New Zealand, Chef Simon Webster, created this secret getaway 20 years ago. Inspired by his travels in England, Italy and other destinations, this culinary oasis has a Tuscan vibe in the heart of East Texas.
Your cottage is just steps away from the onsite restaurant. In total, the property includes 6 private cottages and 2 larger private bedrooms that adjoin the main building. Each cottage has a separate Air B&B listing. The larger private rooms, along with add-on packages are available upon request. Contact host for details.

Your cottage offers complete privacy with a private patio and entrance.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant. You can also dine on the restaurant patio or deck that overlooks the vineyard. (This space is shared with other guests of the property. Dinner is not included. Contact host for details.)

BEVERAGES:
Property is BYOB. Coffee, tea, orange juice and water are the only available beverages. Refrigerators are not provided in the cottages. Glasses, plates and cutlery are available in the onsite restaurant.
FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER:
Friday night is wood-fired pizza night and also includes salad, handmade pasta and dessert. Inspired by his travels to the Amalfi Coast, Chef Simon has built a wood-fired pizza oven that is the centerpiece of the restaurant.
RESTAURANT MENU:
Other nights enjoy a three course menu that includes a selection of appetizers, main course and dessert. Chef Simon can also create a custom menu for groups, dinner parties or special events.
OCCUPANCY:
MAXIMUM 2 PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 2. $45 charge for each extra person per night, including infants over the age of 2 & children.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are welcome. $45 fee for one dog. Weight Limit: 15 pounds. No cats. Must be crated to sleep & while unattended in the room. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in beds. If room is damaged or extra cleaning is required, charges will apply. Must stay on a leash at all time while outside.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
$50 charge for Early Check In (between 1pm & 4pm) and/or Late Check Out. $75 for Check In after 9pm.
