The apartment is located on the second floor with an entrance labeled "The Rolling Pin Loft" and lots of stairs to climb (no elevator).
There is an emergency exit out the back and this door is for emergency use only. Basement access is off limits and closed off.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the second level. Lots of stairs to climb. The apartment is also hosted above a venue that is primarily for a photography studio during the week and on the week nights and weekends used by groups for celebrating bachelorette parties, wedding and baby showers, small get togethers, wedding events, etc.
Also there is no street parking. You can park on the street to load and unload your vehicle but then parking is kiddy corner across the street in the wide open public parking lot.
