You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. It is located above an award winning coffee shop in beautiful, picturesque Blackwater, MO. Enjoy your coffee in your own private sitting area overlooking Main St. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath rental is located in a historic building. This is an old building so it will have imperfections, but what it lacks in perfection, it makes up for in charm.
The space
This is a 2 bed, 1 bath rental with a sitting area that overlooks Main St of Blackwater. It is only accessible by a stairway. It is above an open coffee shop so there will be some noise from the shop below. The kitchen and coffee shop are strictly off limits during closed hours. There is another 1 bed, 1 bath room available to rent. This room is on the same floor as the 2 bed, 1 bath but is at opposite ends of the building. The stairway is shared by both units. This building also houses a private apartment in the back of the main level. This apartment does not have access to the Airbnb area.
Guest access
Guests have the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sitting area available to them. They are also welcome to enjoy the coffee shops large open sitting area, which has board games available to use.

Activity begins 1/2 hour before open to get everything set up. We try to be as quiet as possible but you might hear some noise from the coffee shop. After close, the hostess might be present in kitchen baking for the next day but she will always be finished by at least 7 p.m.
There will be an additional $15 fee added for charging electric vehicles. Please inform me if you will be charging your vehicle prior to your stay.
