Enjoy our huge covered patio with lights & outdoor dining, fenced in yard with fire pit for s’mores, and a propane gas BBQ grill! Large “man-cave” style garage in backyard with ping-pong table, yard games,RokuTV, seating and space heater(s)! Spacious, clean, and inviting!

The space
Enjoy an incredible experience in a great Norman location. Walking distance to restaurants on Main Street and minutes away from OU. This updated and well maintained home is the perfect gathering place for families.

Rooms: primary bedroom contains a king sized bed and full bath. There are 2 steps to take down into the master bedroom. You can walk directly out to the beautiful covered patio. Within the master bedroom is an add on bedroom with a double trundle bed containing 3 twin beds. The room also houses our washer and dryer, but leaves plenty of room for 3 to sleep, the bottom trundle can completely pull out and away (it’s on wheels) to the master bedroom if desired. The 3rd bedroom contains a queen sized bed and another full bathroom.

The home has a Smart TV where you can use your own streaming service such as Hulu, Netflix, YoutubeTV, etc.

Local channels are not provided, but you can log in with any of your personal accounts for access to your favorite shows. Many of these
providers offer a 30 day free trail if you are not a current subscriber and wish to watch local/network TV. OU games are broadcast on a variety of networks including PPV so please check for listing networks.
