Starter Supplies Provided
To help you settle in, we provide a starter kit of essentials. For longer stays, please visit a nearby supermarket to stock up on additional items:

Kitchen: Dish sponge, liquid dish soap, 4 dishwasher detergent pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 3–4 extra trash bags, coffee, filters, salt, pepper, sugar, and cooking oil.

Bathrooms: Hand soap, 2 small shampoo/conditioner/body wash sets, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Linens: 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per registered guest, plus 1 pool towel per guest.

House Rules & Fine Policies

⚠️ Strict Security Deposit Policy
A $250 Security Deposit is required and will be fully refunded after checkout inspection is process and no damage found. Refund can take up to 24-48 hours depending check out day of the week. You will forfeit your $250 deposit (and face potential further fines) for any of the following discovery:
-Any physical property damage or breaking of any furniture/items.
-Leaving the home with excessive garbage or unbagged trash.
-Hosting unauthorized gatherings.
-Leaving the property's access doors unlocked upon checkout, compromising security.
-Touching, tampering with, or attempting to operate the pool heater or pump mechanism without Hosts permission.

🚫 Parties & Quiet Hours
Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

🥶 Air Conditioning & Thermostat
To prevent the A/C system from freezing and breaking, do not set the thermostat below 72°F. All windows and doors must remain closed while the A/C is running. Non-compliance resulting in system damage will incur a $250 fine.

🗑️ Garbage & Trash Collection
All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside the bins located on the right side of the property. If your stay includes a Monday or Tuesdays, please cooperate by placing both garbage bins at the curb in front of the driveway for morning collection.

🐶 Pet Policy
We love animals, but this property is strictly NOT pet-friendly. If any evidence of a pet is found on the premises, a $250 specialized cleaning fine will be charged.

🏊‍♀️ Pool Safety & Rules
Guests are strictly prohibited from manipulating the pool heater or pump. If you purchase pool heating, please notify us in advance (note: it takes up to 24 hours to fully warm up). Do not throw food, drinks, soaps, LED balloons, or foreign objects into the pool. Violations will be investigated by a pool technician and will result in a $350 fine plus repair costs.

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio, provided the area is kept completely clean of ash and butts. Indoor smoking will result in a $250 deep-cleaning fine.

Stay Details & Fees

Mandatory Fees
Security Deposit: $250 (Refunded post-checkout if no violations or damages occur).

Optional Add-Ons
Pool Heater: $25 per day (must be paid before checking in)

Arrival & Departure
Check-In: Starts at 4:00 PM via secure, personalized keyless entry.
Check-Out: Strictly at 10:00 AM. A 15-minute grace period may be granted only if requested and approved by the host in advance.
Checkout Checklist: Please load and start the dishwasher and ensure all bagged trash is placed in the outdoor bins. Please double-check that all doors are locked securely.

Parking
The driveway accommodates up to 4 standard vehicles. Do not park on the street, or your vehicle will be towed.
RVs may be permitted in the spacious driveway, but you MUST obtain HOST / HOA approval before arrival.
No boats, campers, trailers, large commercial vehicles, or construction equipment are permitted on the driveway at any time.

Guest Interaction & Deliveries
We respect your privacy and offer contactless self-check-in. However, our management team is available by phone or message around the clock should you need anything. Please note: We are not responsible for any items left behind or lost mail/packages shipped to the property.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.
