Spacious house with Amazing mountain views. Perfect for large families or multiple families! The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people.

Full guest bath with heated floors with tub/shower

Lower level includes: Game room (Pool table, foosball, electronic dart board, dumbbells, yoga matt, games, cards puzzles) Kitchenette, Guest Bedroom #3: Queen bed and bunk beds (twin), Spa like full bath with heated floors, two shower heads (rain and regular) , large deck with mountain views, large hot tub with hot tub deck and plenty of seating

Our property is in Gateway Mountain a private, gated community with stunning views located just 15 minutes from Black Mountain and 25 miles east of Asheville in the town of Old Fort. The mountain community contains about 3,000 acres of hardwood forest and is designated as a nature preserve and wildlife sanctuary. Prized for its scenery and seclusion, one of the best features for many who stay within this community is the private mountain lake known as Lake George and the private waterfall reserved for Gateway Mountain residents and guests, it’s an excellent location for swimming, fishing, and canoeing. In addition to this lake, the development offers an additional lake, waterfall access, a trout pond, and numerous hiking trails...bringing many of the attractive natural features of visiting western North Carolina right inside its gates.

I have traveled for most of my adult life for a living (I am a flight attendant) and I never get tired of it. This home has taken most of our time renovating during Covid and we are excited that the world is opening up and we are ready to share this oasis in the mountains!
