This lux studio apartment comes with an air printer at your designated workstation, a fully stocked kitchenette with a Ninja, microwave, 2 sets of dinnerware, cookware, kettle, toaster, air fryer, wine glasses, seasonings, stove top, fridge loaded with water & wine, real silverware, & olive oil.
To include a coffee bar with flavored syrups & condiments.
A space saver Queen BredaBed Murphy bed with overhead lighting, nightstand, & storage, which sits with a couch & pillows for daytime lounging.

Guest access:
Guest access is within a gated space, with full access to the right of the property.
Other things to note:
> The bathroom & kitchen surfaces are professionally Bleach Cleaned in between every guest visit. Bleach is excellent when sanitizing before & after your visit.
> All towels & bedding is washed between guest visits.
> Extra care is taken & attention to details is vital. We prioritize & are proactive in protecting our guests health & well being.
> Our photos are up to date & very recent.
> Maps may not have the most updated photos
> Our door is equipped with a google Yale lock which provides each guest their own PIN, & a myQ door camera.
> Early check-in & late checkout is at the discretion of the host, and availability.
Early check-in fee is $25
Late check-out fee is $35
> Check-in begins at 5:00 pm & check-out ends at 11:00 am.
> When pulling down the Murphy bed, slide the coffee table forward & lay the couch seats onto the rug. Only one person is needed when lowering the bed.
> The bed is already made with clean sheets, with another set in the storage of the bed. (To the left)
> Above the washer/dryer is a workstation for folding clothes.
> Freshly laundered towels are located in the basket between the jacuzzi & the shower.
> Sheets are by Cozy House & Kirkland brand.
> Our guests are provide with 3 sets of towels for those that change towels due to Houston’s humidity.
No animals are allowed.
> For undisclosed pets brought into the listing is subject to automatic ejection with no refund & $250 clean up fee.
> Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bed as well please pick up your pet’s waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee.
> Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to some guest having pet allergies.
