Before you arrive, here are a few things worth knowing!
⬆️ Elevated Ocean Views
Located on the first floor, the condo offers beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Please note there is no elevator access, and the unit is reached by one short flight of 14 steps.
🏊 Pool Access
The complex pool is available April 15 through October 15, with hours and availability determined by the HOA. There’s also a HOA BBQ grill area shared by guests.
👶 Perfect for Families
We provide a Pack 'N Play, twin foam mattress, and booster seat—no need to haul extra gear.
⭐️ 5-Star Track Record
This may be a new listing under private management, but the property itself has a long-standing history of rave 5-star reviews. We're excited to offer guests an even better, more personal experience moving forward in our newly renovated property.
🔒 Safety & Security
For guest safety, exterior HOA security cameras and Modern Escapes cameras monitor the outside of buildings including the parking spaces, stairwells, entryways and pool.
🚫 Pets, Parties & Smoking Policy
Per the rental agreement, there is a strict no smoking/vaping and no pets policy. Evidence during or after the stay will result in removal of the entire party immediately with no refund, and a fee of $1,500 each, respectively. In addition, parties, events and commercial photography/videography are not allowed.
🚧 CONSTRUCTION
The HOA is performing some roof work in June during weekday working hours. Since there are several floors above us, it's not likely to impact us from a noise standpoint, but we may have to provide an alternative parking spot for you. Please contact us for more information.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo (except for the owners closet and locked supply cabinets)
Other things to note
Parking
Guests have one assigned, covered parking space under the building (6.5' clearance), clearly labeled with the unit number. A parking pass is required and must be displayed in your vehicle. There are also six visitor spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis and monitored by the HOA. Trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, and boats are not permitted in the parking areas.
Rental Agreement
Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and submit their photo ID within 24 hrs of booking. Refusal to sign/return or provide either will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. Guests will notify host when they checkout of the property.
Age Requirement
Our HOA rules dictate that guests need to be at least 23 years old to rent our property. You will be asked to provide proof of ID as a part of our rental agreement.
HOA Repairs
Please note that in April-June 2026, the HOA is doing external building and roof repairs during normal working hours. It should not interfere with your front door access, however, it may block the designated parking spot. An alternative will be provided, if needed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
