Amazing Location! Newly renovated, stylish 3 bedroom 2 bath, “Low Tide” - located in Marblehead's Shipyard District! This beautiful 1800’s home is bright, sunny and steps from all of the wonderful shops, cafes, beaches and public launch. Convenient to Boston, Logan Airport and Salem's Haunted Happenings. Modern, open & fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Fun Bunk Room w custom XL beds, laundry, super-fast Cat 6 Internet, cozy living room, decks, parking for 2 cars and bonus private sunroom w pullout.

The space
This rental is the bottom level of a two family home with three bedrooms - queen, king, and bunk room w 4 beds. There is also a sunroom with a pullout couch, black out shades and privacy curtain. The total square footage of Low Tide is 1700 SF. Clean, comfy beds, open modern kitchen for gathering. Private outside deck with table and chairs under a pergola covered in beautiful wisteria and little lights. Private driveway w ample parking and safe, quiet location yet walking distance to beaches, harbor, shops, cafes and public transportation. This home was built in the 1800’s and was completely renovated and remodeled with central heat and air conditioning.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire first floor of this home with private bedrooms, kitchen, living room, sunroom, two bathrooms and outside back deck. The driveway is long and private and will be shared if there are guests staying in High Tide. There is plenty of street parking. The front deck is also shared space with rocking chairs for your use.
