Vacation rentals with beach access in Marblehead

This is the second time we have stayed with Karen and we love her place and her. She is truly a super host. This time being better weather than the last time her yard and garden were absolutely wonderful —just overflowing with flowers and plants. Karen is a friendly and cheerful person. Always a pleasure to bump into while staying there. This place works for us and it’s very near to where our son and his family live so we are staying again for a couple weeks in November. I highly recommend this place and Karen. Short walk to the beach and a short walk to the very interesting Cabot Street stores and restaurants.

We had a really nice stay. It was quiet, cosy, close to the beach and easy access to the surrounding area. Maria was accommodating and flexible.

The loft is bright, beautiful, cozy and clean. Alexander is a wonderful host.

Margaret and Richard's place is extremely charming, clean, in a fantastic walkable location and was perfect for a long weekend getaway/girls weekend. It looks exactly like the photos, honestly even better in person. Margaret and Richard were great hosts, super welcoming and communicative and made us feel at home. We had a slight hiccup with the TV and Margaret came up pretty much instantaneously to fix it. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend their place and revisit any time we are back in the area.

This is a great place close to the airport and Salem! It was a cute and cozy little spot, just right for us. It’s about an hour from the heart of Boston. There’s a fun playground near the beach that our daughter loved playing at. The hosts were super welcoming, kind and responsive!

Kim was very responsive and friendly from the initial booking all the way throughout our stay. The space itself was lovely, comfortable and clean - just like the photos! The location is great - walkable to just about everything in Salem. So glad we picked this spot for our visit!

We stayed at home port for a quick trip home to visit family and loved it! The softest towels of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve ever stayed in, super cute and charming decor, the property is beautifully landscaped with easy parking. We walked to get dinner our first night and were grateful for the air conditioning as it was very hot out our second day. This is a great Airbnb!

We had such a wonderful time and Colleen was the perfect host! Very attentive if/when we had any questions. The home is incredibly charming and cozy and the beautiful Christmas decorations made for a festive stay! The location couldn’t have been more ideal…so peaceful and easy to find! Right around the corner from downtown, we took some nice walks since we were close to all the shops, cafe’s and restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking with Colleen…we will be back!

Alexia was a top-notch host! She was extremely responsive. She replaced a broken pack-n-play for our son before bedtime, which was amazing to not have to worry about finding another option just prior to bedtime. The space was cute and clean and was just enough space for us with parking too. It is a short walk to the downtown area, with shops and restaurants. One challenge for us was the living room and kitchen of the lower unit is right below the bedrooms in this unit. This is unlikely to be a problem for most people, but with a toddler (and myself) sensitive to noise when sleeping, it was a challenge for us with a quite loud family that was staying below us. On the positive side, Alexia was extremely responsive about this situation and spoke to the family a few times, which did improve the situation for the rest of the trip. This to me is what makes her an excellent host. She genuinely seemed to care about us having a great experience. I would highly recommend her and her properties!

Great place and host! The ocean, great food, close to Endicott College, quiet and a beautiful area. Johanna was responded to questions and was proactive to leave lights on for us, knowing our flight would get us in late. There were some breakfast items waiting for us too! A nice welcoming touch to our stay!

Maggie is a gem! Not only was her lodging clean, spacious, and in a perfect location for touring Salem, Maggie added personal touches that really made the location stand out. From a guide book that she’s created with recommendations on things to see and places to eat, to cupcakes and goodies for the kids (and us!), it really was a perfect stay for a weekend getaway. If I’m ever up that way again, I would not hesitate to book with her again!

I stay in quite a few Airbnb’s all over the world and this place does it right. The unexpected extras like things you always need in the kitchen when you arrive to an Airbnb to shampoo and conditioner in the shower to laundry detergent and dryer sheets.All there waiting for you. I grew up in Marblehead and this is a perfect location to be able to walk to beautiful Devereaux beach or around Marblehead neck. Backyard is a huge perk for this location as it is not common to have a backyard like this in an Airbnb this close to the beach. It isn’t huge it is exactly as described and was perfect for me and my two kids. Grill was great, there is a mini back deck, lots of games to play comfortable kitchen. Props to the owners you have done an awesome job and I will be recommending this Airbnb to my family and friends

The home is beautiful! The view and neighborhood are amazing! We felt like we were in a movie. It was peaceful and quiet and had things to do to enjoy a nice evening. Definitely will be back!

Anh was a wonderful host! Her home was clean and was a lovely walk into town and the beach as well as a great park. We had a little one and it was great that she had some fun books and toys she could use. Anh was very responsive anytime we had a question. Our family enjoyed our experience very much!

We cannot praise Mimi and Manny highly enough. The place was beautiful, with every amenity needed to feel at home. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and charming. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The unit was spacious, clean, easy to find, easy to check in, and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the front porch. We stayed for three nights, and our every need was met. Highly recommend both the place, and the hosts, for anyone needing to stay in the area.

We loved our stay! Christina’s condo was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located. We were walkable to the entire downtown area, museums, the concert venue, walking paths, shopping and restaurants. But the best thing was sitting outside on our private deck overlooking the harbor, with Motif #1 just across the inlet. We almost didn’t want to leave the condo…so gorgeous! And Christina is lovely, making sure we were okay, had everything we needed, so responsive. After the condo coffeemaker stopped working, she kindly offered a gift card to a nearby coffee shop, and before night fell, a new coffeemaker was delivered to the condo! Such a thoughtful host… we will be back!

Third year we’ve stayed there. Very well equipped unit. New sofa this year. The screened in porch overlooking the beach is a big attraction for us. You’re on the beach, so access isn’t an issue. Not one of the busier sections of the beach, but it’s a short walk to the areas with shops. An always accessible parking space, and an elevator to the upper floors is a plus.

We had a great stay at this lovely place in East Boston. Everything was spotless and just as pictured. The hosts were also super gracious to let us check in early and store our luggage while we did some more sightseeing our last day.

Diane was amazing to work with and very helpful and responsive! The condo was beautiful, clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with so much to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. We are already looking to go back next year for our yearly Hampton Beach getaway.

We are very happy with our choice to stay at Andree's beautiful condo. Andree's place had everything -- everything -- we (and our dogs!) could need. She even provided a drawerful of dog bowls, toys, and treats -- not to mention doggy stairs and a doggy bed and coverings. The Himalayan yak cheese treats were brilliant, as they kept Tuxy and Jersey Girl occupied for quiet and satisfied mornings! The king bed was SO COMFORTABLE, and the 2 large TVs were perfectly placed. It was a great location -- right downtown, and also right on Back Harbor. We could walk out the door and watch the sunset shimmer on the water -- or walk in the other direction for a delicious gelato, fantastic seafood, or browsing local shops and galleries. Rockport is a delightful town in which to spend a summer holiday, and we highly recommend Andree's place.

Seriously, this was a super find! Perfect for a couple who wants to stay and explore the area! It was so centrally located to drive to town and Rockport and walk to galleries, the beach, and more! The kitchen had everything, not your typical Airbnb with 4 dishes and 4 spoons. EVERYTHING we needed/wanted was already there, laundry detergent, sunscreen, welcome binder, hangers, etc... We wish we had planned more than 3 days. And it was wonderful to have a dedicated parking space and private entrance as well as a GIANT deck with a table and cornhole too. We had a great stay and hope you do too!
