Dogs are allowed with prior approval only. A maximum of two (2) dogs is permitted. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog, per day must be paid in full prior to check-in. Dog food/water bowls available for your use.

Events are allowed by prior approval only and require a non-refundable event fee starting at $1,500 (subject to change). All event details must be disclosed and approved before booking.

But wait, there's more! Simply walk to the end of our driveway and say hello to a fisherman's paradise! Our property offers the convenience of both the ocean and the sound, including nearby fishing access. The Point on Oak Island is the perfect place to watch boats, jet skis, paddle boards, and kayaks pass by.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and all on-site amenities during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, elevator, and all outdoor areas such as the pool, decks, patio, balcony, backyard, and BBQ grill.
Guests also have access to the private entrance, waterfront areas, nearby beach access, and free parking on the premises.
Any locked closets or storage areas designated for owner or service use are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Malibu is located in a quiet coastal community, and we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors and local noise ordinances. The property is best suited for families, groups, and responsible travelers seeking a relaxing beachfront experience.
The home is pet-friendly with prior approval and applicable pet fees. Events are allowed only with advance approval and an additional event fee. All event details must be disclosed prior to booking.
Private in-ground pool is available year round. Pool is not heated.
Weekly rentals with Saturday check-in/out are required in the peak summer season.
Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced to allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation between guests.
While 1-2 adults can comfortably fit in each bunk bed, note that the space between beds is minimal and they are intended for children.
There is a path directly from the back of the pool that leads to the beach, however it is not easily accessible because of the dunes. We recommend utilizing one of the nearby public beach access areas (The Point - West Beach Drive or The Point - Kings Lynn Drive) The Kings Lynn Drive access is just about a 2 minute walk. The walk from the path behind the house to the beach and the walk from the front of the house to the beach access are both approximately 100 yards.
We HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment against all of life's unknown events that could affect your reservation with us.
For safety and security, the property is equipped with (2) exterior security cameras monitoring the main guest entry areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
