Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The villa has many amenities as heated pool, bbq grill, jacuzzi, movie theater, game room, Playground and a large fenced patio with fire pit, great for family picnics. It’s conveniently located 12 miles from Disney theme parks in Orlando, FL.(about 20 min drive) It’s in a quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. Space parking up to 4 cars. We have a room specially dedicated for kids with toys and games. We specialize in creating memories! ❤️

The space
This 4/2 house is located at Loma Vista, a very nice and quiet community inside ChampionsGate and you can find lots of plazas with stores, shops and nice restaurants around, plus is very close to the Disney theme parks and Orlando downtown.
The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay, it has a Laundry room, a full equipped kitchen, a gas bbq grill (for an extra fee of only $35 per stay) a fire pit, a nice fenced patio ideal for pets, picnics and family gatherings, it has a heated pool (the use of heater is optional and it has an extra fee of $45 daily) and a jacuzzi (inside the master bedroom’s bathroom), a dedicated work space at the master, a game room, a movie theater with a popcorn machine, a coffee station, a reception with local recommendations and welcome snacks, a bottle of wine on the house and a room dedicated for kids with games and toys. It also has an EV charger. The house is full of well thought details to make you have amazing vacations and a great stay. We also specialize in celebrating guests special moments, like birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and more, so if you’re looking to surprise your love ones, this is the place to stay!! 😊❤️

Hi, my name’s Marien and I’m a Cuban-American entrepreneur who loves serving, hosting, meeting new people and cultures, cooking, writing, learning, creating and decorating. I used to be an entertainer back in Cuba, so I love to create spaces where people can be themselves and have fun. Here I also study Business & Coaching. I live in Miami but I go very often to Orlando to inspect the STR and give it my personal touch. I love dogs, I have 2 doggies (Romeo & Juliet) A Pitbull and a husky mix, 2 very well behaved babies that I adore, that’s why I have a pet friendly property. I love the hospitality business, back in Cuba I dreamt with having a hotel so when I heard of platforms like Airbnb I started planning the perfect house, I’m a lover of details and I’m very passionate about my business, I love to give and add value to the market. My dear husband is my co host and right hand, he helps me with everything, it’s a family biz because we both are passionate about hospitality and being the best at it, we love to do everything in excellence and this is the first of many properties we plan of having. We chose Orlando (our area is Davenport) for the proximity to the Disney theme parks that we love so much and we wanted to create a space that was for the whole family.
