Located within walking distance to downtown Grand Rapids, stay in a historic home in the Heritage Hill neighborhood. This romantic bedroom has it's own private bathroom with a full body shower and heated tile floors. It has a luxurious King sized four poster bed.

The space
Built in 1874, our home is part of the historic neighborhood Heritage Hill. This federal style home has noteworthy features including a Dutch bonnet over the entryway, columns framing the front door and extensive use of leaded windows throughout the home. The main living room has 13-foot ceilings and its original crown molding. The formal dining room features a dome ceiling with an antique chandelier. Come experience everything our lovely home has to offer.

Guest access
In addition to their own private room and bath, guests have access to the living room, dining room and sun room. The sun room has a microwave, toaster and mini fridge available for guest use.

During your stay
We're around most of the time and available for any questions or help our guests may need. We live on site, in a separated private area.

We do not provide breakfast or any other meals.

Each room has their own parking spot in the driveway.

Come stay with us! Our family lives in my husband's childhood home in the Historic Heritage Hill neighborhood. This home was built in 1874, and our family has lived here since 1979. In 2012, we converted the family home to have three private guest rooms, each with their own private bathroom. We have had thousands of guests over the past 10 years from all over the world. We also have a gorgeous living room, dining room and sun room for guests to share. Our family living quarters are located on site, but separated for your comfort. We can't wait to meet you! :)
