Monthly Rentals in Grand Rapids

Great value and location. Downtown was a 20 minute walk with a grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants within 10 minutes of walking. Very cute location in a great neighborhood.

Robb was such an amazing host. From the start, communication was super easy, and he made sure I had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. His place was spotless, exactly like the pictures, even better in person, and fully stocked with anything you might need. It was also really easy to find and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and lots of places to explore. You can tell Robb really cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Grand Rapids. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again, Robb!

I had a fantastic stay at Barbara’s place in Grand Rapids. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. The location was perfect, and I really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything I needed. Barbara was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. You can tell she takes pride in making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve already decided I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Grand Rapids. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was an amazing place to stay! From the host being absolutely amazing with response times, to the fact that this unit has a dishwasher (which is a lifesaver for multiple tenants), I'd have to strongly recommend anyone who is looking for an Airbnb to rent out this place!
