House vacation rentals in Grand Rapids

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

We absolutely loved our stay – would recommend to anyone and would look forward to book again! It was a smooth check-in and check-out process, everything was exactly as pictured and the amenities were wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook and enjoy. All the spaces were perfect for gathering together with a big group - from the dining table to living room and outdoors too! The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful from booking to the end of the trip.

Jennifer’s house was incredible for our 2 family vacation. The kids had an amazing time kayaking and splashing in the pool, and it was wonderful that they had plenty of books, toys, and games available. The adults enjoyed the separate living rooms, beautiful back porch, and well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is an uncrowded beach just a mile down the road with easy parking and nearby Holland had plenty of shopping and great restaurants.

Melissa’s house was amazing, absolutely loved it and the scenery? Amazing. 💕 She was very responsive when I asked some questions and very understanding when i brought some thing’s to her attention after our stay. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home! We loved the decor & aesthetic and colors. There was a huge couch & chairs and plenty of room for our girls group of 9 to relax and plenty of beds! We loved the hot tub and the house was fully stocked and even included some local goodies! I wish we could have stayed longer, the home was so big we later discovered the tv stand full of games and firewood in the walkway for a fire. The property is beautiful as well, we saw a fox and multiple deer while in the living area. Chris sent very detailed instructions for directions, access and tons of recommendations! His communication was on point and he was very responsive. I will definitely stay at one of his homes again and would highly recommend to anyone considering!

In town for a wedding 3 miles away so was ideal location for our family. A lot of space! Pretty surroundings especially once summer gets underway.

My two children and I had a lovely, peaceful stay in Fennville. We hope to return in the near future. What a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. It was just what we needed. Check out Salt of the Earth for dinner if you have the chance. The food and service is absolutely wonderful.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Ann's place. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Ann was an awesome host - house was immaculate and supplied with everything we needed (and then some), and detailed instructions were provided in the guest book for how all the unique extras this house provides work. Loved the hot tub room and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the deer roam through the woods in the mornings and evenings in this very peaceful location. Loved exploring the local communities, from the smaller to the bigger towns, all of which were just a short distance from us. All in all wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful, serene place to stay that is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from a variety of places to explore. We could not have been happier with our stay!

Honestly, I'm not sure I want to write how good this space is, for fear that it won't be available for me lol. This will be a highly coveted place to getaway and unwind! Estella is clearly prepared to host the most relaxing stay for her guests. It is a simple, well planned build that has just what your soul needs. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings to enjoy with loved ones. The details in design, such as the beautiful natural light, tile wall in the bathroom that is carried into the kitchen, the robes for after an incredible shower or dip in the hot tub, games, and firepit...why even leave? Well, we didn't want to leave. However, The simple 24hrs spent I'm this curated space was enough to inspire another, longer booking. All the gratitude to you Estella, for creating this beautiful home🥂🧡

Place was as describe, I had a wonderful time and would 100% go back! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Fenced in yard was perfect for my dog.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathaniel & Anna’s place. The hot tub was the main selling point for us, I loved using it in the night looking at the wilderness around. Would definitely recommend.

Keely was an amazing host. Her Saugatuck home is quaint and cute and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We walked to shops and restaurants and had a quick drive to Virtue Cider for Easter events. The space is clean and cozy. The hot tub was a nice, relaxing feature. There simply aren’t enough words to describe just how much I loved staying in the Fenvilla! A total dream come true, a top tier oasis that is was clean, cosy, and so comfortable. This is by far my favorite airbnb I have ever stayed in throughout my ten years of doing so, even with staying in homes all across the country. There is something so beyond special about this place and how Kim has transformed it into the haven it is. The screened in porch & hot tub, the sounds of nature, the artwork and beautiful ceramics - the attention to detail here was immaculate. My friends and I were all blown away by this experience and all want to return as soon as we can. Thank you so much Kim for having us in your sanctuary, it was truly the perfect vacation and one I will never forget.

Very comfortable stay would definitely use him again. We use the house to stay to be close to our wedding venue. Any issues we had he was quick to respond and ready to fix it ( mostly not his doing we lost power in storm) other issues were address quickly. We use Airbnb often for hockey tournaments and are hoping if we play in holland we can put the coaches up here again. Highly recommend.

Great location and area! Easy drive into downtown Fennville and Saugatuck/Douglas which have great restaurants, wineries, and shopping. The house itself was lovely with it's spacious open concept, it was clean and well kept, had a beautiful yard and deck that is surrounded by mature pines which gives you a great sense of privacy, and Lake Michigan is just up the road! Bob was very accommodating and quick to respond when communicating. Would highly recommend staying at this location!

Our stay at the 4-bedroom home in Douglas was fantastic! It is charming, well cared for, in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The planning guide provided to us was very well done - full of helpful recommendations and suggestions for restaurants, shopping, activities and more. Chad was always very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property and Sans Souci Hospitality! We hope to go back again!

Beautiful and comfortable. we felt like we were at home. the ac and heater both work great. the bed is amazingly comfortable, makes it hard to get up! 10/10 stay we WILL be back.

Our family of 6 traveled to Grand Rapids during Spring Break for a concert. We loved having a cozy house to come back to after our adventures each day! There was space to cook and eat meals, laugh and play games, and chill and rest together! Daniel was a great host! He even contacted us a few hours prior to our check-in to let us know the power was out due to some storms. He was willing to let us in to the house upon our arrival and often checked to make sure we were comfortable and content. Thanks for a great trip!

We were in town for our grandson's graduation from Grand Valley State. Everything was close by, and we didn't have any problems getting around. It was a lovely, renovated older home, and everything was top of the line. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were wonderful. We will definitely recommend John's place to family and friends that will be visiting the Grand Rapids area.

Our stay was perfect! Just what we were looking for. The home was cozy, incredibly clean, had everything we needed and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood!

Jon was an excellent host! The house is beautiful and the property is even more so. We got to sit out back and watch all the wildlife (birds, woodpecker, deer, etc). It was the perfect place to have our friends gather and spend quality time. Would defiantly recommend!

We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for college graduation so it was a very busy weekend, but it was nice to come back to Sean‘s place and be able to relax and feel at home. It’s very close to the zoo so that was an added treat for the whole family. Sean was very responsive, the house is wonderful and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend this home to others.

Thank you for a great Easter weekend stay! The house was great and had lots of room for all of us. Closely located to Saugatuck and Dow town Douglas and Holland was just a 15 minute drive. Great area and a great house as a base!
