Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Our tiny home, " Jupiter Joy" is located in a tiny valley 15 minutes outside of Asheville. It is perfect for couples looking to escape the city, or adventure seekers. Soak in the hot tub under the stars or relax on the deck with your coffee or tea while gazing at the garden across the field. Take in the rolling pastures and wildlife.
The space
Located in a quiet, little valley, overlooking a cow pasture. Our tiny house has almost every amenity and is perfect for couples and adventurers. We are less than 10 minutes from the quaint little town of weaverville.
We have sourced sustainable and eco-friendly materials that give the home a very safe and non toxic feel. We clean everything with NON-toxic cleaners.
The home has a brand new mini split which provides heat or AC all year long.
The bed is a bamboo charcoal queen mattress layered with the softest bamboo sheets and duvet. We provide extra blankets for the winter time.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook or just heat up leftovers from your favorite restaurant. We are one of the only airbnbs in this entire town that provides a brand new medical grade water ionizer for guests to use throughout their stay. This device turns our wonderful well water into antioxidant rich, living water. The bathroom has an Anespa shower head.
NOTE: DO NOT BRING PLASTIC BOTTLED WATER. We spent a TON of money on the best filtration and ionization. Our water is far more exceptional than any plastic bottle (if you want to see our testing results, scan QR code on machine next to sink)

We understand that life happens. As a small business, we hope that you understand our need to maintain a consistent cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing trip insurance that covers expenses from last-minute cancellations of lodging and transportation due to theft, medical, etc. Travel Guard is an affordable option to ensure you’re covered in the event of the unexpected.
Guest access
**It is a beautiful 200 foot walk down a lighted gravel path to arrive at your place. Guests will be able to roam the pasture located around the tiny home. Guests are encouraged to ask for a tour of the garden. The hot tub is warm and waiting for you year round. Your hosts Ashley and Scott live on another plot of land above the tiny house. We provide a parking spot next to our main house right in front of the Jupiter Joy Parking Sign. Just a reminder, it is a 200 foot walk from the parking spot to the tiny home entrance.
*** IMPORTANT*** Our driveway is not suitable for trailers or RVs. If you have a boat, RV, or trailer please let us know beforehand so we can give you directions on where to park or unhook your trailer.

Fresh linens and towels. If you’re staying with us for more than one week we’ll refresh your linens and towels every 7 days. If you need fresh linens and/or towels before the linen service just let us know.
Parking. To preserve our lovely property please park on driveway only. Right in front of Jupiter Joy parking Sign.
Porches. Please do not sit or stand on the top railing on the porches.
Campfires. Campfires are only allowed in the available fire ring. The fire ring must not be moved. Firewood is available at many local convenience stores. Don’t leave the campfire unattended and be sure to check the local fire conditions before planning a campfire.
Smoking/Vaping/Smokeless tobacco. To ensure that all of our guests can enjoy the wonderful clean environment on our property we are strictly non-smoking (this includes both traditional and eCigarettes) both inside the cabins and on the porches. Please move to the rock path to smoke/vape. Evidence of smoking/vaping indoors or damage from other tobacco use will incur a $500.00 cleaning fee. No candles, incense or open flames of any sort please. We provide flickering (no flame) candles for your pleasure.
Wildlife. There’s a very good possibility that you will see some wildlife when you stay at Jupiter Joy. Lots of song birds as well as owls, hawks, deer, and insects call this property home. From time to time we even see red fox and coyote and I’ve seen two red wolves. We want all of the critters to feel comfortable here in their home. Please enjoy them from a distance and never try to feed them or lure them into the lodging area. We strongly recommend that you do not leave food outside on porches or around the fire ring overnight. Though we have not seen evidence of black bears on our property they are common in the local area and guests should be mindful of such.
Extending Your Stay. We will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees or promises to extend. During very popular times of year our occupancy rates are high and cancellations are often filled with a new booking immediately. If you’d like to extend your stay, and there is availability, we highly recommend taking action immediately to have the best opportunity to secure the extension.
Checkout:
Cleanup. Broom and vacuum are provided under the bed.
Dishes. Please wash, dry and put away dishes.
Towels. Please hang up towels so they will dry.
Smart TVs. Don’t forget to logout of your Netflix or Amazon account before you leave. Each application has its own method of logging off through the television and it is the responsibility of the guest to manage that on their own to protect their account information.
