Adjacent to the regal Via Garibaldi with its prestigious Rolli palaces, at the foot of the central Piazza De Ferrari, 1 km from the main stations, located on the sixth floor with an elevator of a characteristic 1400s building, immersed in the pulsating life of the historic center animated by characteristic shops, local historians and typical trattorias, you will be welcomed by me, Dario. The space
Charming typical Genoese apartment of 50 sqm, composed as follows: a typical Genoese entrance where you will find your welcome kit (towels, slippers, body shampoo and soaps) from which you can access the spacious and bright double bedroom and the modern and functional bathroom, respectively.
You then move into the living room characterized by the ceiling made exclusive and unique by the Genoese painter/artist Roberto Maini who, in the 90s, reproduced "his seagulls" and by the postcard window overlooking the rooftops of the caruggi where bell towers and domes of centuries-old churches stand out. Here we will find a spacious table, a comfortable double sofa bed and a functional video projector that replaces the classic and bulky television.
Adjacent, divided by an internal window, is the equipped kitchen, with: washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen with gas oven, coffee maker and complete tableware for 6 people.
