Harbour View is a beautiful 2 bedroom house that sleeps up to 6 people in the stunning bay of Bobovisca Na Moru on the island of Brac. The house is in the front row to the sea just a few steps from the beach and incredibly clear waters of the bay. There are 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 kayaks at the house so you can hit the water as soon as you arrive. The house has been renovated in recent years to a high standard (including a new kitchen in 2022) and has a very large terrace for relaxing on.

The space
This house was new to the market in 2019 and has been updated with a brand new kitchen for 2022. It provides spacious, excellent quality accommodation for couples or families. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with all of the amenities required for preparing food and dining at home. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra sleeping accommodation, a TV and wifi throughout the house. There is also a toilet on this floor.

The ground floor opens up onto a large terrace with different areas for dining and relaxing. The terrace looks straight on to the stunning blue water and is a wonderful place for watching the yachts coming in. There is a solar heated shower on the terrace for rinsing off after swimming in the sea. The terrace enjoys the sun all day but the sun is never directly shining into the house so it remains lovely and cool inside even in the height of summer. There is a barbecue for cooking out on the terrace.

Upstairs the bedrooms are accessed via an external staircase (in the typical Dalmation style) and there are 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms (1 ensuite), both with showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be zipped together to form a second kingsize bed. Both bedrooms open on to a spacious balcony with a small table and chairs and sun lounger. The bedrooms have air-conditioning which can also be used for heating in the off season.

All of the outside terrace furniture was brand new for Spring 2019.
For families cots and high chairs are available at a small extra cost, please request when booking and these will need collecting from Supetar when you get off the ferry.

The house is close enough to the centre of the village for it to be a short 2 minute stroll to either of the restaurants, the local shop or the park.

Guests will have full access to the whole house during their stay.

Other things to note
Parking is not available right at the house but there are a few parking places on the road nearby and plenty of parking in the village (all parking is free). Most people will prefer to park their car in the village car park and walk the 2-3 minutes along the water to the house (it is a beautiful stroll!). It is also possible to drive up to the house to drop off/collect bags and then return the car to the end of the road (it is a very narrow road but wide enough for a car!).

Please note that the house itself is accessed via a few steps from the road so is not suitable for those who struggle with steps and it is not wheelchair accessible. It is possible to carry a pushchair up though.

Neighborhood highlights

Bobovisca Na Moru is a beautiful, quiet village but with 2 lovely restaurants, a village shop and enough visiting yachts to give it a gentle liveliness. It is one of the most sheltered anchorages in the area so very popular with yachts and a wonderful area for swimming, getting out on the water or walking, running or cycling. There is a small children's park in the centre of the village (about 3 minutes walk from the house) and this is right beside a cafe and restaurant so parents can have a relaxing coffee while the children play safely in the park.

Bobovisca is a great base for exploring the rest of the island of Brac. It is around a 15 minute drive to Milna, a more bustling little port with plenty of excellent restaurants abundant in fresh fish, quality olive oil and home-made wines. If you like watersports, you can go scuba-diving, sailing or fishing from Milna and you can hire a little boat to explore some more of the island.

Supetar is also just a 15 minute drive away which has all of the facilities of a larger town including a large supermarket for stocking up on food (which you can't miss when you are driving from the ferry to the house).
