This is a per hour golf simulator rental with a 4-hour booking minimum. Hours are 8am until 8pm.
This simulator is listed in Ruidoso for search purposes only, the actual location is 9 miles east of Ruidoso Downs at Glencoe.
The simulators are setup for right-hand players only.
Golf balls are provided and must be used; no logo personal golf balls may be used as they mark the impact screens. You must bring your own golf clubs and if more than 1 golfer, each golfer must have their own clubs, no club sharing as non-experienced golfers are not to use this rental.
There are 2 simulators in this 1200 sq/ft building along with a restroom, a kitchenette, and a small refrigerator.
We allow beverages, we do not allow playing on the simulators if impaired from liquor or marijuana.
The host will set up and teach how to use the simulator. There are over 50 famous golf courses on both simulators including Pebble Beach and Augusta National. You may play in practice mode which lets you play a shot from any distance over and over anywhere on any course or use the driving range screen.
You may also play match play, scrambles and many other golf games including putting courses or par 3 courses.
The hitting area lets you hit off of artificial fairway, rough, and artificial sand trap.
The building has pellet stove and space heating, and evaporative cooling.
There are 4- 24 hours surveillance cams in the building for safety and surveillance of possible over drinking and unsafe actions. This has been approved by Airbnb.

The host resides near the building. Message host if you have trouble with finding the other overnight listings.
There are also 18 holes of pasture golf on this property for fun play or short game practice. The holes are 50 to 115 yards long. There are sand traps, water hazards, trees and other hazards to avoid. The holes have artificial fairway tees boxes for real grass feel. The "fairways" are natural gramma grass and kept mowed. They are not watered, and during the monsoon months are very green and actually look like a "real" golf course. The holes are 3 feet in diameter for pitching in the "put" as this is a pasture and not watered greens. The course was built by the host in 2000 to keep his short game short. The course is enjoyed by expert golfers and beginners. Clubs and golf balls are provided if needed. The cost is $5 per 18 holes. There is an outdoor restroom in the center of the golf course, a cabana, a gazebo and many chairs and tables in the shade for relaxing. Water fountains, artificial steams, and landscaping are in the center of the course by the cabana area.
The pasture golf is free for guests who book an overnight rental on this property or any guests who book the golf simulator listing.
Also, guests who book and overnight rental on this property may play the golf simulators with a 2-hour minimum instead of a 4-hour minimum at $40/hr., the rules of the simulator golf still apply as far as having your own set of clubs for safety reasons. As said above, clubs (7 irons thru wedges} and balls are provided for pasture golf as non-golfers, children, and golfers without their clubs are welcome to play the pasture golf course. Hole in one trophy is given to guests who score a hole in one with witnesses.
