The space
The duplex is an efficient, open concept with a living room, bedroom, office, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, closet and laundry. Kitchen is fully stocked for an extended stay. Well-appointed with all of the essentials. Bed is a murphy bed that stores up in the wall if you like. Deck outside of the front door to a quiet/private/peaceful location. 2 off street parking spaces.

Pets not permitted and have not been permitted for those with allergies. The duplex is on the second floor, with a garage below. No other tenants below or on top of this unit. Only one other unit in building occupied by quite professionals.
