Super quiet brand new 2 bedroom cottage with all new furniture, bedding, kitchenware, etc. Full electric kitchen. Summer pool and deck. Gas grill for outdoor barbecue all year.
Firepit with free firewood. Wildlife deer, turkeys, birds, etc often visit. Starlink super fast WIFI. Hiking trails, pond, river.

The space
Isolate yourself here away from everyone. Hike our own local trails and seasonal pond and river. Cuteness reigns in this new little cottage but outside it is an amazing large hillside location that is like a nature visit in itself. Expect to see birds and deer and turkeys. Maybe even a bobcat or fox or coyote or raccoon. And of course, squirrels and gophers and frogs in season.

Property is not fenced but plenty of room to roam and explore .

Other things to note
Newer two bed cottage with all new furniture and appliances and linens and kitchenware. Full size kitchen with electric stove and refrigerator. Full laundry in unit.
High def TV with streaming only but Peacock+ (for all NBC and sports) as well as Paramount+ (for all CBS and Showtime) and many free channels and movies.

Neighborhood highlights

Very quiet and peaceful rural area. Very safe. Many neighbors work in Yosemite. Most properties are 5 acres or more. We are 17+ acres and have our own trails all year with a big seasonal pond and small river too. Expect to see deer, turkeys and lots of birds. Above the smog but below the fog so perfect for star gazing too.
