The space
**FIRST FLOOR**

The first floor features a master bedroom, kitchen, half bathroom, and living room.
The master suite includes a king-size bed, a 32" LED TV, a dresser, a closet, and a private bathroom. This room is ideal for guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as it has a separate entrance, allowing for independent access without entering the main house—perfect for those seeking more privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator, as well as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Dinnerware and cookware are also provided for guests' use.
The spacious living room features porcelain tile, a 50" Full HD LED TV with 200 cable channels, a couch, and a dining table. Adjacent to the living room is a small patio with a table and chairs.
**SECOND FLOOR**

On the second floor, you will find three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room.
The second master suite is furnished with a brand-new king-size bed that has a 14" memory foam cool gel mattress, a 32" LED TV, a closet, a dresser, a desk, a private bathroom, and a private balcony.
The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a closet, a dresser, and a 32" LED TV. The fourth bedroom, themed around Peter Pan and Tinkerbell, features two twin beds, a closet, a dresser, and a 32" LED TV. A shared bathroom is available for these two bedrooms.
**AMENITIES**

We provide towels and sheets for our guests. The laundry area is equipped with a washer, dryer, and iron for guest use.
To ensure your stay is comfortable, we offer two pack-and-plays, two infant highchairs, one stroller, an infant car seat, and two rollaway cots.
Although this is a self-catering unit, we supply an initial amount of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, and hand soap. For longer stays or larger groups, guests may need to replenish these items based on their usage. There is a Publix nearby that carries everything you might need.
We offer FREE 35 Mbps Wi-Fi broadband internet throughout the house.
Two parking spaces are available for free in our driveway. A third vehicle can be parked behind those spaces at the end of the driveway in front of the house. Please refrain from parking on the grass or the street, as doing so may result in towing at your expense.

**THE RESORT**
Our resort features a water park that includes two pools, a water slide, a lazy river, and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Additionally, you will find a spa, a restaurant and bar, a poolside tiki bar, a gym, and an indoor kids' game room and arcade on the property. It’s the perfect destination for a family vacation, and children will absolutely love it!
Our home is located within the beautiful Regal Palms Resort & Spa, nestled on 2.5 acres of lush tropical landscaping. The resort combines all the amenities of a resort with the privacy of a vacation home.

**OTHER INFORMATION**
**Thermostat Control:**
The thermostat is controlled remotely. We are happy to adjust the temperature for your comfort, but please note that we can only lower the air conditioning to 72°F. Setting it below this may cause the unit to freeze.
**Internet Café and ATM:**
We offer an internet café equipped with two workstations and wireless broadband for your convenience. An ATM machine is also available on-site.
**Park Tickets:**

**Security Deposit:**
Please be aware that you may be charged for repairs if any damage occurs to the property during your stay.
**Incidentals:**
Starting September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold on a credit card at check-in. This hold is to ensure the return of wristbands and pool towel cards. The $100 hold will be released to the credit card on file after checkout, provided that all items are returned to the front desk. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your credit card statement and 5 to 10 business days for debit cards.
**Credit Cards Accepted:**
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club. All credit cards presented at check-in must be EMV-enabled (chipped). Cards without a chip will not be accepted. We do not recommend using prepaid debit or credit cards, as the authorization release process is quicker for credit cards than for debit or prepaid cards.
**No Parties:**
Our mission statement is: "To provide an enjoyable experience for our guests." It can be difficult for guests to enjoy their stay if parties are taking place nearby. If a party is suspected, security will be notified, and guests may face a $250 fine. Please be considerate of your fellow guests.
**Parking Policy:**
Parking is permitted only in the designated driveway, with a maximum of three vehicles per home. Parking on the street or grass is prohibited to avoid damaging irrigation, sprinklers, and utility lines. Trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not allowed in the community. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse for $10 per night per space (a pass must be obtained). Any vehicle violating this policy may be towed at the owner's expense.
