Fully remodeled and just a few houses from Enloe Hospital, the Blue House is a comfortable, quiet base close to Chico State. Every room has mini split heating and cooling, the living room has a TV with Apple TV and sound bar with subwoofer, and the queen bedroom has high-end KEF speakers. On the back patio there's a pull-up bar and a Weber charcoal grill, inside is a weight bench with up to 85 lb dumbbells, and the driveway has ample parking for multiple vehicles.

The space
Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a large desk suitable as a workspace. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, blackout shades, and high-end KEF speakers if you want to fall asleep to music.

The living room has a TV with Apple TV and a sound bar with subwoofer. The full kitchen includes a coffee machine and toaster, and the dining table seats four with the leafs raised.

For workouts, there is a weight bench with dumbbells up to 85 lb, plus a pull-up bar on the back patio, where you'll also find a Weber charcoal grill.

An excellent Samsung washer and dryer pair are available to use (detergent included). Every room has its own mini split for heating and cooling, so you control the temperature room by room. The driveway fits multiple vehicles.

One small note: there is a non-slip mat under the bathroom sink if the tub feels slippery.
