Peace and quiet

Bring family and friends to spread out in 4,500 square feet across both sides of this duplex. Each side has a one car garage, full kitchen, washer dryer, and separate backyard (which connects with a gate). Experience the adventures of the area while having a 'small town' experience in a quiet neighborhood just north of the only stoplight in town. Restaurants, shops, and a huge park a quick walk away. Blazing fast internet. 2 x 12 person tornado shelters (1 in EACH garage)!

The space
The duplex is connected by hotel-style doors through the master bedroom of each side. Those can each be locked independently. So this property can be used for 2 separate families with their own side, or the doors can be kept open during the day and the units can be connected from the inside. There is also a walkway in the front that connects the front porches, and both backyards connect with a gate.

If you have dogs, PLEASE make sure to check the gates before releasing your dogs into the yards.

Lots of board games, a pool table, a bumper pool table, 2 retro arcade machines, a grill, and TVs in every room. Netflix and Disney Plus, and Hulu on TVs. The bedroom TVs may not have Disney Plus at this time.

Smoking fast internet, and top of the line mesh network (with 3 nodes) covers the whole house with WIFI. You can easily stream videos, play video games, video chat and work from home all at the same time here.

Nearby: 3 blocks north of the only stoplight in town. You can walk to many nearby businesses or take a quick car trip to get there. Watch animals and children as the highway is next to the house.
Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood, but next to a highway and train tracks. The speed limit on that highway is 30 at this house. You will hear train horns throughout the day and night, but it isn't a problem for most guests. If it's quiet in the house you can hear some rumbling traffic from the highway. Generally the neighbors are very quiet so please respect the outside sound level after dark
Parking: See a diagram of parking in the photos. two long driveways, two 1-car garages, and ample parking along the side of the house.

Other things to note
Dog friendly, but please only book and bring your dog if you know they will not destroy our place and are well trained. You are responsible for any damage done by your pets. Be respectful of neighbors and please do not leave a barking dog outside for very long.
