Welcome to the Tiger's Den! This home is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Clemson, 2 minutes from the nearest boat ramp, and 40 minutes to downtown Greenville making this home the perfect stay for your next trip to Clemson.

If you are from around here, you know that Clemson traffic is terrible. This home is located in the perfect location to beat the traffic! You'll come in on Six Mile Highway which takes you straight downtown, beating all of the Tiger Blvd traffic.

The space
The home provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The House:
As you enter the home, you will find an open floor plan perfect for spending time with friends and family. The insanely cozy living room contains a flat screen smart TV, large sectional sofa, and an electric fireplace. Beyond the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, complemented by an eat-in bar with 4 stools and a dining table for 6. To the back of the kitchen, there is a laundry room containing a washer and dryer and a variety of spices.

To the right of the house, the primary features a king bed, large smart tv, full length mirror, and bathroom en suite with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The master bedroom closet is locked, but a garment rack is provided. Both guest bedrooms are located to the left of the house and share a full bath. In the first guest bedroom, you will find a queen bed. This room is perfect for the guest who loves to be cozy and feel the hotel vibes. The second guest bedroom contains a queen bed, twin bed, desk working station, and a flat screen tv (Roku included) - perfect for the guests who love the Clemson vibes. Both guest rooms have closets with hangers. All beds are extremely comfortable and are made with fresh, soft linens to ensure a good night's rest. Please note that the primary bedroom closet is locked.

Outside you will find a patio with patio furniture, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal & clean up after use). The backyard is fully fenced in. There is a doorbell camera that monitors the front porch and front yard.

I offer free early check-in or late check-out IF there is not a back to back booking. Please feel free to message me and I'll do my best to accommodate!

This house is centrally located to all the best the upstate has to offer:
- 5 minutes to Downtown Clemson (you skip all the 123 (Tiger Blvd) and Anderson Hwy traffic)
- 2 minutes to nearest boat ramp
- 40 minutes to downtown Greenville
