The gated community of Seacliffs on the north end of Cape San Blas welcomes you - Steps from the beach, these new construction, 4 bd, 4 1/2 ba townhouses have plenty of room for multiple families. The pool and playground are directly outside of the units, with the dune walk-over to the beach steps away. The best part about being on The Cape - the sunsets!

This home comfortably accommodates larger groups, featuring four private bedrooms—each with its own bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The kids will love their own dedicated bunk room with two bunk beds (sleeping four), creating the perfect hangout space after a day in the sun.

We’ve made beach days effortless by providing all the gear you’ll need, including beach towels, chairs, toys, and even a wagon to easily carry everything to the shore.

Outside, enjoy everything the Seacliffs community has to offer. Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, let the kids burn off energy at the playground, or stroll down to the private beach access for sugar-white sands and breathtaking Gulf views.

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home throughout their stay, ensuring comfort and convenience from check-in to check-out. Entry is simple and secure with a unique door code that is generated specifically for your reservation. This personalized code is active only during your stay, providing an added layer of safety and peace of mind—no keys to keep up with or worry about.

You’ll also have access to all Seacliffs community amenities, including the pool, playground, and private beach access. Everything you need for a seamless and relaxing stay is right at your fingertips.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following house rules:

No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No parties or events allowed on the property.
No large gatherings beyond the number of registered guests.
Children must be supervised at all times, both inside the home and within the community.

For safety and security purposes, please note that there are exterior security cameras located at the front door and in the carport area. Additionally, the community maintains its own cameras in shared spaces, including the pool area.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of your stay. Thank you for helping us keep the home in excellent condition for all guests!

Please know that the community pest control company comes in on the first Wednesday of each month to spray for bugs, while we will always try to remind guests of this the night before, if a holiday falls on a weekday, this may bump up the schedule without notice. By booking this property you agree to their entry and schedule.

If you book for multiple months or more than 4 weeks, you agree to having our cleaners come in and clean for an additional charge, every 4 weeks. on an agreed upon day.
