Elegant villa with large swimming pool just 5 minutes from Mondello beach. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one spacious and one with shower and bidet). IMPORTANT: The independent 100-square-meter annex (see themed room), with private kitchen and bathroom, IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT BUT CAN BE RENTED SEPARATELY.
The villa is equipped with WiFi, TV, heat pumps, linen, and all the comforts for a perfect stay.

The space
IMPORTANT: The central body has two double bedrooms plus a bedroom with a single bed to accommodate 5 people comfortably. Inside this room there is a sofa bed with a square and a half that can be used to accommodate a sixth person if necessary.

In the garden, with large spaces and a large swimming pool, with flowers there is also an ecological garden available to guests.
The pool and garden may be shared with any guests in the annex (maximum 2). It is possible, upon request, to rent the entire space exclusively.
The annex can be used for groups of more than 5 people upon request and with the agreement of the host

IMPORTANT: Having a car is essential for your stay. Although there is a bus stop a 15-minute walk away, public transport in Palermo is unreliable. Your own vehicle will give you the freedom to comfortably explore the area.

Our main villa comfortably accommodates 5 people, with the flexibility to accommodate a sixth guest. In addition to the standard beds, we have a sofa bed and a queen-size bed, which is located in the room with a single bed, to perfectly adapt to your needs.

The extraordinary outdoor spaces are the real jewel of the property: a magnificent swimming pool and a large garden, both completely at your disposal. Imagine having breakfast by the pool overlooking the rolling hills, cooling off in the pool, or relaxing in the shaded corners of the garden.

We also offer a nice annex for 2 people (with the possibility of extra beds). Note: It is NOT included in the rent. If rented separately, the pool and garden could be shared with two other people. For total privacy, you can book both units.

On-site parking is large and free, perfect for your vehicle.
