The space
Bedroom: Queen bed with door for privacy.

Living area: Twin daybed with trundle (2 real twin mattresses) + convertible couch that can be set up as a Twin or King (let us know ahead of time if you'd like it prepared).

Pack ’n Play available upon request.

Full kitchen includes Keurig (includes pods & creamer, or bring your fave), pour-over, grinder, kettle, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, cookware, spices & basics. Let us know if you need extras like a blender, slow cooker or larger pots.

We provide a welcome assortment of muffins, bagels, fruit, and basic fridge/pantry items for your use.

Backyard includes propane grill, fire pit, and plenty of space for gear/bikes.

There is a built-in sauna in the bathroom for your relaxation, health, and enjoyment.

Guest access
You’ll have private access to the guest house and full use of the backyard amenities including the pool, hot tub, sauna, grill, fire pit, and outdoor areas.

Please note: pool is open seasonally (approx. April–September), hot tub and sauna are open year-round.

Other things to note
• No smoking indoors (outside only, please dispose of butts properly)

• Check-in after 4pm
• Check-out 11am

• Quiet hours: please keep outdoor noise low after 10pm

🚗 PARKING:
Driveway ONLY — max 3 cars. No street parking.

Unauthorized events or exceeding guest/vehicle limits may result in termination of stay without refund.

Hot tub and sauna open year-round. Pool seasonal (approx. April–September).

Neighborhood highlights

This is a well-established neighborhood with lots of trees and NO problems. The golf course is right outside our doors. The Kroc Center is down the street. Shopping and dining, depending on where you are going, aren't far either.
