Our apartment is located on the second floor in a residence/condominium adjacent to a recently renovated historic hotel. Easy to reach by car but also by ferry, it has private parking, a condominium elevator and enjoys a wonderful view of Lake Como, right in front of Bellagio. In addition, you can reach the town center in a short time.
The tourist tax is €3.00 per day.

The space
Our apartment consists of a spacious living room with TV, a kitchenette with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, two bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed has access to the bathroom separate from the rest of the apartment.
The windows directly overlook our wonderful lake and the view ranges from the Lecco coast to the Bellagio promontory.
There is also a parking space located inside the condominium courtyard.
Sheets and towels are available to all guests.
