Lovely private house, totally renovated on two levels, with a garden and a sea view over the crystal clear coves of the Riviera.
Ideal to enjoy a real relaxation, near the sea, without depriving yourself of the comforts of the city, in fact you can find Menton (FR) just 2 km and Ventimiglia 4 km.

We like to call the house "d 'artist": inside you will find an exhibition of the works of the painter Tino Aime, who enjoyed painting the landscapes of the Riviera.

The space
First level: "the cave" as the walls are in original stones. Composed of: spacious entrance, full bathroom ( with large shower) , bedroom 2 single beds /double joinable

Second level: Sea view from every window. Composed of: room with single bed "the niche" and "L" sofa that becomes a bed in a normal comfort square, half bathroom ( sink and bathroom - no shower) living room with full kitchen.

Third level: garden/patio sea view. Garden with deckchair and outdoor shower (hot water), large gatzebo with large wooden table, full outdoor kitchen.
