A converted 1980s horse barn, now a luxury escape tucked on a road at the end of the beach in Eastham. Original exposed beams set a refined coastal-barn tone, paired with peace and quiet, Fujitsu mini-splits in every room, and a Samsung Frame TV. Sleeps 6 across two bedrooms (2 queens, 2 twins), 1.5 baths, dining for 4, with full kitchen. 10 minutes to South Sunken Meadow Beach + driving distance to ocean beaches.

Property is on a lot with a main house, that is separately rented out.

The space
Once home to Arabian horses, this 1980s barn has been lovingly converted into a private guesthouse with all its original character intact. Two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a dining area for 4 and TV room sleep 6 comfortably (2 queens, 2 twins). Exposed beams, renovated floors, and all luxury amenities make it a peaceful escape just minutes down the road from South Sunken Meadow beach.

Guest access
You'll have the entire barn to yourselves, both floors, both bedrooms and baths, the dining and TV areas and washer/dryer. The outdoor spaceis shared with the main house and the EV charger is at the front of the driveway. Self check-in via smart lock means you can arrive on your own schedule. Driveway parking included. The main house on the property is separate and privately occupied, you won't share entrances, interior space, or amenities.

Other things to note
The barn is a standalone guesthouse split across two floors, with two queen beds and two twin beds. Cape evenings can be cool; the Fujitsu mini-splits handle both heat and AC. EV charger is Level 2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your adapter if you have a Tesla or NACS car. South Sunken Meadow is bay-side: calm water, gentle waves, gorgeous sunsets. National Seashore ocean beaches (Coast Guard, Nauset Light) are 12–15 minutes away. Pet-free property.
