Welcome to Breaking Records! Stay steps from Paristown’s concerts, restaurants and entertainment. Explore Louisville’s bourbon trail, Churchill Downs, downtown, NULU and more, all just a short drive or rideshare away. After a day out, relax on your private deck with city skyline views, fire up the grill or gather around the propane fire pit. Sleeps up to 6 with 2 bedrooms plus a separate living room with sleeper sofa.

The space
The original shotgun-style home has been thoughtfully modified to feature 2 private bedrooms plus a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa, providing sleeping space for up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. Each sleeping area has a Smart or Roku-enabled TV.

The coffee bar features a variety of coffee, including organic grounds and assorted K-cups, plus teas. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax with the record player and a selection of vinyl.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, and the tools you need to prepare a meal.

Step outside to your private, spacious deck featuring a propane grill, dining table, and comfortable seating. After a day of exploring Louisville, gather around the propane fire pit and watch the sun set over the city skyline.

Free street parking is available.

Guests will have access to the entire property.
The home itself is a ranch (no stairs inside) but you will need to be able to climb stairs outside to access the property.
The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

If you need to check out later than 11am or check in before 4pm, please contact me for availability.
We welcome dogs (2 max), but unfortunately cats are not allowed due to allergies.
