Designed for families, this 2000 SF 3 bedroom + loft is a 5 minute walk to The Village shops and restaurants and a free gondola ride to the Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain. It has been fully remodeled with 3 king size beds, 2 full size soaking tubs, bunk beds to sleep 4, a fully outfitted kitchen with brand new appliances, and a new washer and dryer. It has an attached 2 mid-size car garage with direct entry to the unit. Pet fee $100 per dog.

The space
The Perfect Mammoth Lakes getaway!
The entryway has plenty of room to drop your keys, hang your coats, and drop your shoes. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, washer/dryer, and garage access off the entryway on that first floor. Up two small flights of stairs is the main level with a great room, fireplace, open kitchen, open dining area, access to the balcony, and master bedroom with en suite master bathroom. Up two more small flights is the open loft complete with two bunk beds to sleep four and an en suite bathroom.
The home has a standard water heater. To fully enjoy your shower experience, we recommend spacing out showers between guests and running of the dishwasher and washing machine.
