Forget your worries in this completely Private, spacious and serene space. Newley remodeled, Boho Western Ranch home on 28 acres of land with beautiful Live oak hammocks as your view. Self check in.

The space
The master suite is very spacious, with a large jacuzzi bathtub & shower in the bathroom attached to it as well as a walk in closet large enough for a cot or air mattress. This room has a full length mirror, a desk/makeup station, a bench, a large chair, extra blankets & pillows, as well as a very comfortable temperpedic queen size bed. The bathroom has a very large large vanity area for getting ready & sharing the space, a privacy wall for the toilet as well.

Guest access
The entire house & 28 acres will be accessible to you except the garage & office stays locked. Please do not climb on the fences, there are openings on both sides to walk through but the fence is very old (antique) & will break, the boards can not be replaced & look the same. Thankyou.

Other things to note
There are many antiques in the home & important items. This is the reason I do not rate it as kid friendly. It is gorgeous & very relaxing, please contact me if you have a child & wish to get approval. Pets are not allowed at all. Please choose the correct number of guest for your stay also. it will charge you a $15 up charge or something like that for extra but plz consider the extra cleaning fee I have to pay for that extra guest, I will know to supply more towels, more toilet paper, more k cups etc. Also no events or large gathers are allowed with just your Airbnb fee alone. We do rent the venue for events & I will be happy to but please communicate that to me AHEAD OF TIME! so that we can work it out & figure out the best plan so all guests have what they need, & all of us know what is happenings.

While you will be staying on the ranch, we have a state nature walk right up the road, several restaurants very close (can also deliver) antique stores, farmers markets & fishing tournaments certain times a year as well as the Blue Crab festival & Azalea Festival. There is a popular sky diving airport near by, a golf club, & The Ravine State Gardens which are beautiful to see.
