✨ **Guest Bedroom 1**: Featuring a comfy Queen bed, another 55" Smart TV, and a stylish closet. Perfect for your bestie!
✨ **Guest Bedroom 2**: The perfect twin retreat with two Twin beds, a 43" Smart TV, and a closet for all those cute PJs.
✨ **Living Room**: Kick back on the comfy couch while enjoying a movie on the 65" mounted TV or get cozy by the electric fireplace.
✨ **Kitchen**: Whip up some magic in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and a Keurig (hello, coffee lovers!). Gather around the kitchen island with four bar stools or sit down at the dining table with all your favorite snacks and seasonings.

✨ **Guest Bedroom 3**: A dreamy space with built-in bunk beds featuring two twin beds and two full beds, a 65" Smart TV, and a closet that’s ready for your stylish wardrobe.

Exterior Escape:
✨ **Outdoor Gazebo**: Enjoy evenings by the gas fireplace with outdoor seating and a griddle for BBQ fun! Plus, we’ve got games like mini golf, corn hole, and Jenga to spark your competitive spirit!
FIREPLACE & FIREPIT:
Our indoor electric fireplace comes with a remote for your cozy evenings. The outdoor gas fireplace runs on propane, supplied monthly, but in case we run low, feel free to swap the tank or grab one at a local grocery store.
KITCHEN & COFFEE:
Indulge in our Keurig with complimentary pods, creamer, and tea. Our kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures with all the knives, cookware, and appliances you need!
ENTERTAINMENT:
Unleash your inner beauty guru in our themed room upstairs, complete with a full beauty bar and board games for endless fun!
CHILDREN:
The house is child-friendly, and you are welcome to bring children of any but please be aware the house is not "childproof" - there are stairs, and many decorative items within reach. We do NOT include a baby gate or a foldable play yard/crib for babies and infants on the property. It is your responsibility as a parent to evaluate the suitability of the property for your needs, and to ensure your children follow the house rules.
✨ GUEST FEES ✨
There is no extra charge for smaller groups, up to 6 guests. More than 6 guests will have an additional charge of $20 per guest per night. This pricing will already be placed in the Airbnb pricing before booking and will be shown during the checkout process. Anyone over the age of 2 is considered a guest.
Please note, in order to maintain a cozy atmosphere for all guests, please be aware that our Airbnb property has a strict maximum capacity of 12 guests during your stay. This includes guests and visitors. Please do not allow unauthorized guests in the property, any kind of unauthorized events or gatherings will be subject to immediate eviction without refund of rents or deposits.

- Large parties/events over 12 people are a no-go!
- Smoking inside is a big no-no.
- Sorry, no pets allowed!
- Let’s keep the noise down after 9 PM, please!
- No unregistered guests or late-night munchies in the bedrooms.
