Adults only, 18&older. No smoking or vaping allowed inside or on premises. Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional fee. Peaceful cottage, centrally-located on an active equestrian farm with rv sites as well. From your loft bedroom overlook beautiful rolling pastures with horses and goats. See our beautiful horses in training or take a stroll on our walking trails or through the woods on the 41 acres, read a book, sit around your fire pit, soak in the private jacuzzi, or head 6 miles to downtown.

The space
This is a private cottage on our horse farm. Cottage is not shared but property is. It has open living room with stocked kitchen that includes full sink, refrigerator, dual hot plate, and an air fryer microwave. Upstairs loft bedroom includes a queen bed with beautiful view out double windows and is open to space below. Large bathroom downstairs.
Jacuzzi is for your use only and located on the patio right outside the kitchen door.

Guest access
You will have the entire cottage, a patio, and private jacuzzi to enjoy, minus the garage. The outdoor 41 acre farm area is shared with hosts, farm animals, horse boarders, and 2 RV campsites.

There is 27 acres of trees with trails to walk/hike, a pond in the trees to sit at. This is an active property with horse training, wine making, RV campsites, and animal care.

If you are wishing to bring a pet (dog only) please add the pet fee for up to 2 dogs and send a pre-approval request. All dogs must be leashed and picked up after.

Other things to note
Have space for your horses to stay over as well. Message us for pricing and setup. We also have a lovely german shepherd, , a labradoodle, chickens, roosters, and 2 fainting goats.
