The space
There's plenty of private space to spread out with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room and media room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a double convection oven for whatever your needs are, whether you'll be cooking Thanksgiving dinner or just a frozen pizza. The Ark Oasis has it all.

Please note: We can only accommodate 10 adults. We can accommodate up to 11 if there are 3 or more children. There are bunk beds that only sleep 3 adults (or 4 kids), therefore the maximum number of adults we can accept in one reservation is 10, no exceptions. There will be a $10 per night per guest charge for above 8 guests, including infants.

The driveway is a STEEP downhill. There is room for 2 cars, maybe 4 if you are careful. Overall the quarter acre of property is quite sloped and there is not much usable outdoor yard space, but there is a park very close by. We are smoke/vape/pet free property (both indoors and out) and appreciate our guests helping us stay that way. The house is in a subdivision in a town of about 5000 people--so you trade a spacious yard for being close to lots of stores and restaurants and 5 minutes to the ARK!

Guests will have access to all parts of the house except for a few locked supply closets.

Other things to note
Please note that there should be no parking in the cul-de-sac, please park in the driveway. Although it is steep, there is room there for 2 cars (3 if they aren't too big).

The house is about 3/4 of a mile from the interstate, and as such, there is a gentle hum of cars going by when outside, although it is barely noticeable inside, I want guests to be aware.

Dry Ridge is in a wonderful spot, about halfway between Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY in the heart of Bourbon and Horse Country, and right on I-75.

The neighborhood that we call home is in the heart of Dry Ridge, a quiet subdivision very near to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, Wal-mart, Williamstown Lake, Waterworks Splash Pad, Piddle Park, and the list goes on. We are less than 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter and about 35 minutes to the Creation Museum and 30 minutes to downtown Cincinnati.

I’m a former teacher turned full time Airbnb host and my wife works for a non-profit that provides education to local families. We are both full time parents to our 3 off-the-wall kids.
