Spacious, brand villa with phenomenal views that makes a perfect home for time away with family. Located a drive away from Krka National Park, an absolute treasure for nature lovers. If you're a fan of Game of Thrones you are in luck because you can go on a road trip to the Klis Fortress, one of the filming locations in the series.

The house is perfect for relaxation, the pool and terrace are yours throughout your stay, you will enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunsets.

The house is a brand new gated villa divided into two units (each with its own entrance). Your unit will be the ground floor, with easy access to pool and terrace. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need, including linens/towels, full kitchen, washer (inside the unit), Air conditioning, internet connection and TV (with Apple TV).

This unit has three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps three kids or two adults.

The living room also features a sofa bed that can turn into bed and sleep two people comfortably.

Should you find the outside temperature too warm, you can take shelter inside and turn on the air conditioner, which is powered by solar panels.

There is also parking for 2 cars if required.

Should you want additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged too for an additional fee.

Our property features a private pool and garden, shared between two units. The upper unit is reserved for family use and may occasionally be occupied at short notice. While we always respect our guests' privacy, this means the pool and garden may sometimes be shared.

If exclusive use of the pool and garden is essential for your stay, please message us in advance so we can check the upper unit’s schedule and confirm availability. We want to ensure your experience meets your expectations and do not want you to be disappointed.

Your property manager speaks English and should be able to help you with most queries- but your hosts are available to help through the Air BnB messaging system if you need any specific help.

There is AC throughout the Villa apart from the 3rd extra bedroom with the bunk beds.

There is also parking for 2 cars if required.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

Due to it's proximity to "The Garden Croatia" in Tisno, we understand that you may wish to stay here to attend one of the many music festivals. However, we generally do not accept festival-goers as guests. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please send us a message if you are thinking of booking Villa Lava for this purpose.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of a small town called Pirovac. Within minutes by foot, you're in the town center by the marina, where you find lots of restaurants and small shops. You can also get to the local beach within five minutes by foot.

In about an hour by car, you can reach a large number of exciting locations, such as Krka National Park with all its beautiful nature and waterfalls (that you can swim in). Tisno, another popular town is 10-15 minutes away by car.

If you are a Game of Thrones fan, you'll be happy to learn that a number of the locations from the TV series were shot at Klis fortress (just north of Split) and Diocletian's Palace (downtown Split). Both of these sites are located about an hour away from the house.
