The space
Enjoy a relaxing night’s sleep in the double bed and orthopedic pocket-sprung mattress, complete with comfortable fresh-linen sheets.

A modern kitchenette with a microwave oven, air-fryer, fridge, kettle, and sink & drainer. There is also cutlery, bowls, plates, cups, utensils, & cleaning equipment.

The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, alongside fresh towels and complimentary shower gels and hand wash.

High speed WIFI network that has been setup exclusively for use of the guests.

Smart TV with terrestrial channels and Amazon Fire Stick with all streaming services (Prime, Netflix, Paramount, BBC iPlayer + Disney Plus).

There is a workspace with chair and power/USB charging plugs available for those remote working.

We are situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There is plenty of free on-street parking.

Enjoy from our complimentary selection of Twinings tea bags, Nescafe coffee, Galaxy Hot chocolate, and Lotus Biscoff biscuits. Milk and white & brown sugar are included.

Please note that the annexe is in the grounds of a family home, but we consider your space completely private so you will not be disturbed during your stay.
