Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Surrey

Rich was an excellent host with great recommendations and prompt communication. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, travelling by train to central London on both days. The location of the bungalow was very quiet with private parking by the house and no passing traffic but only a few minutes' walk from a row of shops and restaurants and the train station. Rich left a wealth of "goodies" in the kitchen for us which was much appreciated.

Stunning stay at South Lodge. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and sufficiently equipped, as well as being as described. The hosts were very responsive to all queries before and during the stay. The wine and cheese tasting at the Vineyard was a great activity that we thoroughly enjoyed, and the surroundings were stunning. It is right off a country road (albeit cars do go by quite fast), but it was surprisingly quiet and wasn't noticeable.

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

Lovingly restored Victorian with impressive amenities - coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer AND dryer and fridge in particular - the house is very well appointed and comfortably furnished, especially on the main level. We were very happy with it. My only recommendations are to be more clear on bed sizes in the listing - instead of “king” say “UK king” or “UK king/US queen” (I think AB&B should do likewise on all listings to avoid misunderstandings) and to note the toilet/powder room on the first landing above the main level in the listing. Otherwise, unless they’re already in their bedrooms, guests must walk up four flights of stairs to use a restroom. With small children or older guests, this could pose problems, or at least become an unnecessary annoyance. Otherwise it is a first rate, high quality property! We would rent it again.

I loved staying at Caroline’s house. It is a beautiful home in a lovey part of Clapham. The property was just like the photos and description. Caroline was the best host - very amenable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

I have stayed there before since it's close to my daughter's house. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, easily accessible, high street is 3 blocks away. Eryn is a great host!

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Bea is simply fantastic. Although we were only staying for one night to attend a friends party Bea's communication from the start was responsive, welcoming and thoughtful even offering us an early checkin and a very generous late checkout. It was refreshing to be staying in someone's actual home which is bright, spacious, comfortable ,well furnished and homely. We were extremely lucky with the weather and the added bonus was sitting out on the lovely roof terrace. There is ample on street parking which for was free for us being a weekend.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. As a family we had a fantastic stay and Anton was a great host. The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we need. It is in a brilliant location, close to transport links, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and local amenities. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

Teresa was easy to communicate with, responsive and friendly. The apartment was bright, spacious and attractively decorated. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen and laundry had everything that you would require. The apartment had a beautiful leafy out look giving an impression of being in an English wood. Being Spring, the Blue Bells and Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom. Herbs grown on the veranda was a bonus. Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common slightly further afield made for pleasant walks. Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Joanne’s place and we love it here! It’s private and feels super safe and peaceful. It’s equipped with everything we need and is perfect for a cosy getaway. We visited Mercedes World which is a short drive away, and it’s is close to lots of shops and amenities. Joanne is so helpful, friendly and accommodating, and I’m sure we’ll be back again! Tom's place is a real home from home so we instantly felt settled. The flat is beautifully decorated and actually much larger than I think the pictures show so we had plenty of space! Tom was really helpful and responsive and obviously really cares that his guests have a nice stay. The check in and out was super easy too. Such a great area with everything walkable! We will be back!

This Brixton home was such a hidden gem! Tucked just behind a lively street lined with shops and restaurants, it felt incredibly peaceful and tranquil—like a quiet retreat in the middle of the city. The location was fantastic: just a short walk to the underground, Brixton Market, cafes, and everything else you might need. What really stood out was the creative and thoughtful decor, especially the bookshelves filled with interesting reads throughout the house—it gave the space a warm, personal touch. The kitchen was well equipped, and the desk setup with strong WiFi made it easy for me to work remotely during my stay. Olivia was a fantastic host—easy to communicate with, and her instructions were clear and simple to follow. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in London!
