You'll have a great time at this comfortable home. You can expect a quiet neighborhood when arriving from the strip. Each room has a smart TV available and a queen size bed. The back yard is spacious and includes an area for bbq and pool / hot tub. This house is big enough for 15 people. Our guests can usually expect quick responses from the host and help if needed. Guests can also choose to hike up the desert mountains near by.

The space
Each room has a queen size bed with smart TVs in it. The living has a large table, big/comfortable couches and with a large TV. There are two bathrooms and one restroom. The outside of the house has a pool and a jacuzzi. The entrance will be on the right hand side, then once inside you can unlock the front door.

The pool cleaner comes in every Thursday or Friday.

The whole house is available for access only to our guests.

Other things to note
We are not in charge of providing a propane tank for the bbq grill. Jacuzzi is included. Also let me know when to heat it up an hour before. Pool does not heat up.

We don’t allow guests to bring in other guests even if they are not staying there. No visitors allowed, only the number of guests in your listing. Fees will be applied.

If we have allow pets for that stay, please keep them out the beds, couches, and away from any furniture. Please keep them caged up inside and try to keep them outside. Any damages, extra cleaning will be charged.
