Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Edwardian home in highly desirable Pacific Heights. Recently remodeled with luxury finishes throughout and modern technologies including a built in Miele coffee maker, automated blinds and an awesome roof deck with great city views! We also have a Peloton bike and weights if you want to work out during your stay!

The space
Welcome to your private, luxurious retreat. This recently remodeled Edwardian home offers all the comforts of a 5-star home in the heart of San Francisco's finest neighborhood. This listing is for our main home (top two levels) which has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a high end kitchen and a large roof deck with city views. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom. We also have a pack and play for infants as well as a single inflatable mattress.

We have a separate listing for the ground floor, in-law unit which has 1 bedroom and one bathroom. You can rent both units if you want the whole home which is then 4 bed and 2.5 bathrooms but need to book each separately. Be sure to check availability.

Our home is updated with technology and charm. We have a roof deck with city views and Weber grill. This listing includes the main home which has a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and bidet toilet. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the upper level adjacent to the master, each with a twin bed.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Samsung flatscreen TV featuring full cable and Netflix. Stay connected with high-speed wifi and wireless phone chargers.

We have an office on the lower level along with laundry. Additional amenities include a Dyson blow dryer, iron, towels and all shower needs. The in-law also has a spacious desk for work or leisure.

We have a fully stocked kitchen plus, you'll find a wealth of incredible dining options nearby.

Stay comfortable year-round with the Nest thermostat for personalized heating and central air. Rest assured, our air is filtered and automatically refreshed daily from 4 to 5 PM. While San Francisco typically doesn't require air conditioning, you'll enjoy a cozy and climate-controlled stay in this exceptional suite.

Parking - We do not have a garage. Street parking is usually easy to find but does require a permit if parking more than two hours from 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. If you need a daily parking pass, we have them available for $30/day, please let us know at time of booking if this will be needed. Also, if you park on a hill in SF, please curb your wheels or you may be ticketed.

Other things to note
No parties allowed. Total guests allowed is limited to those registered at the house plus one guest each. If you violate this, we will charge you $750 and ask that you vacate the property. We do have security cameras that record in front of the house and on the roof. There are no cameras inside the house.
